Olive Creamed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, boiled
    2 c. sour cream
    3 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped pimiento stuffed olives
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Dice potatoes.
    Pour cream into skillet; add potatoes.
    Heat slowly over medium heat until cream bubbles over potatoes.
    Add onion and olives.
    When potatoes are thoroughly heated, add salt and pepper.
    Serve at once, garnished with paprika and parsley. Serves 6.
