Mary'S Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round steak
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can tomato soup
    small amount flour
Preparation
    Spread flour over the round steak and pound it into the meat. Turn steak over and flour and pound.
    Cut steak in serving size pieces.
    Brown in a large skillet (electric frying pan works fine).
