Applesauce Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/2 c. applesauce
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
    1 tsp. celery flakes
    1 tsp. Dijon style mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 slightly beaten egg
    1 lb. ground beef
Preparation
    Combine bread crumbs and applesauce.
    Add onion, celery flakes, mustard, salt, pepper, egg and the ground beef.
    Blend thoroughly.
    Shape into a round loaf in a 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    With a spoon, make a depression in top of loaf.
