Microwave Meatball Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1 small onion, minced
    1 c. milk
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. allspice
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in large bowl; mix well.
    Shape into 1-inch balls.
    Arrange meatballs in single layer in glass baking dish.
    Microwave for 4 1/2 minutes.
    Turn meatballs over.
    Move meatballs from edges to center of baking dish.
    Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes longer or to desired degree of doneness.
    Serve hot. Yields 6 dozen.
