Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 roll Ritz crackers
1/2 stick margarine
Preparation

Boil chicken until tender.
Debone chicken and dice into small pieces.
Mix soups and sour cream, then add chicken to the mixture.
Pour and spread into baking dish.
Crumble crackers and mix into melted butter.
Spread over top of melted butter.
Spread over top of chicken and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
