Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1/3 c. orange juice
3/4 c. pineapple juice
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 to 4 apples, peeled if waxed
2 to 3 bananas, sliced
1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

Mix sugar and cornstarch together.
Add lemon juice and orange and pineapple juices; boil for 1 minute.
Set aside.
Dice apples; mix all together and chill.
Serves 12 to 16.
