Tuna Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. instant onion
    6 oz. can tuna
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 can peas, drained
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. dry Cream of Wheat
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Add
    milk
    to
    egg.
    Stir in instant onion and Cream of Wheat; let
    stand
    while\tmixing\ttogether tuna, lemon juice, salt, pepper
    and peas.
    Combine with Cream of Wheat mixture. Pour
    into greased loaf pan.
    Top with crushed cracker crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serve with cream sauce.
    Serves 4 or 5.
