Chocolate Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. chocolate
    1 c. milk
    1 stick butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Add sugar, chocolate and milk.
    Cook on top of stove for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla.
    When cool, then beat.
    Spread over cool cake.
