Chicken Imperial - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 chicken breasts
1 c. sherry
1 c. breadcrumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. parsley
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 c. chopped or slivered almonds
3/4 c. melted butter or margarine
Preparation

Marinate chicken in sherry for 2 to 3 hours.
Pat dry with a paper towel.
Combine breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic and 1/4 cup of the almonds.
Dip chicken in butter and roll in breadcrumbs mixture.
Arrange in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan and sprinkle with remaining almonds.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Makes 6 servings.
