Salmon Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. light cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. green onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. catsup
1 Tbsp. horseradish
7 oz. salmon, drained and flaked
Preparation

Blend cream cheese, onion, catsup and horseradish until well mixed.
Fold in salmon and mix well.
Serve with snack crackers, chips or vegetables.
