Sakana No Miso Yaki(Broiled Fish With Soybean Paste) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. miso (soybean paste)
    1/4 c. sake (Japanese rice wine)
    1 tsp. grated ginger
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 lb. white-fleshed fish
Preparation
    Combine miso, sake, ginger and sugar.
    Mix well.
    Soak fish in miso sauce overnight.
    Broil until cooked.
