Ingredients

1 medium cauliflower
2 Tbsp. water
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Place cauliflower in 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Add water; cover with lid or plastic wrap.
Microwave 10 to 12 minutes on High
or until tender-crisp.
Combine mayonnaise, mustard and onion.
Spoon this
on
top
of\tcauliflower.
Sprinkle\twith cheese. Microwave
for
1
1/2 minutes on Medium-high to melt the cheese. Let stand for 2 minutes before serving.
