Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. boiled squash
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. cheese
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. toasted bread
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. oleo
    2 slices toast (for top)
Preparation
    Boil square with onion; drain well.
    Add cheese, cut in small pieces, salt, pepper, 1 cup toasted bread crumbs (about 3 slices of toast), milk, beaten eggs and oleo.
    Pour into dish after mixing well.
    Top with 2 slices of toast, crumbled up.
    Add pats of butter on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
