Baby Ruth Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. oatmeal
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. corn syrup
    2/3 c. margarine or butter, melted
    1/4 c. chunky peanut butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
    2/3 c. peanut butter
    1 c. salted peanuts
Preparation
    Mix oatmeal, brown sugar and syrup.
    Pour melted butter over mixture and stir together until well mixed.
    Add 1/4 cup peanut butter and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Pat into a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Melt the chocolate and butterscotch chips over hot water.
    Add 2/3 cup peanut butter and peanuts.
    Spread on top of bars.
    Cool and cut.
