Mexican Pinwheels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped ripe olives
    1/2 c. chopped green chilies
    seasoned salt to taste
    10 flour tortillas
Preparation
    Combine Cheddar cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, olives, chilies and seasoned salt in bowl; mix well.
    Spread thinly on tortillas.
    Roll as for jelly rolls; chill thoroughly.
    Cut into 1-inch pieces.
    May substitute 1/4 cup chunky picante sauce for 1/4 cup sour cream.
    Add minced jalapenos or chopped green onions if desired.
    Yield:
    64 servings.
