Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, well beaten
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. oil
3 c. plain flour
2 c. grated carrots
1 c. chopped nuts
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix oil and sugar; add eggs one at a time. Sift flour, cinnamon, salt, soda and baking powder. Add carrots, nuts, vanilla and pineapple. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
