Fresh Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cucumbers
    1 c. plain yogurt
    1/2 tsp. powered garlic
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. mint
    1 tsp. dill
    1 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Peel and cut the cucumbers.
    Add salt and let them drain for 20 minutes.
    Drain water off and add all the rest of the ingredients.
    Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
    Excellent for summer picnics.
