Coconut Cake Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. coconut
2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. sugar

Preparation

Make 2 (8-inch) white cakes.
Mix coconut, sour cream and sugar together.
Slice 2 cakes in half, side to side.
Put icing between each layer, on top and on sides of cake.
