Never Easier Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Ore-Ida frozen hash browns
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    16 oz. sour cream
    about 6 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    garlic powder to taste
    garlic pepper to taste
    3 c. maize meal
    6 c. water
    corn meal
    Farina
    white corn meal
Preparation
    Use a medium saucepan to boil water.
    Sprinkle maize meal into boiling water, in small quantities.
    Stir continuously until all the maize meal becomes a mixture of thick paste.
    To make sure there are no lumps, use a wooden spade.
    Continue stirring until the mixture is thick.
    Cover it under very low heat for 10 minutes at the same time.
    Stir every 3 minutes to make sure it does not stick to the saucepan.
    Serves 6 to 8.
