Pasta Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. white linguini
4 oz. green linguini
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 1/2 c. cooked ham
3/4 c. peas, cooked
1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms
2 egg yolks, well beaten
1 c. heavy cream
1 c. fresh grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

In a 6-quart heavy saucepan or Dutch oven, cook linguini according to package directions until just tender.
Drain well. Return linguini to pot.
Add butter, ham, peas and mushrooms; set aside.
