Tuna Patties Or Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained and cleaned or 2 large cans tuna, drained
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    2 beaten eggs
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients until well combined and will hold together.
    Shape into 4 to 6 patties.
    Heat small amount oil in skillet.
    Place patties into skillet.
    Cook 5 to 8 minutes.
    Turn and continue frying until browned on both sides, 5 to 10 minutes.
