Cauliflower Marranga - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large head cauliflower
    3 cloves crushed garlic
    basil
    salt and pepper
    3 c. cooked brown rice
    2 1/2 c. grated cheese (your choice, but best is Monterey Jack)
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms and onion in butter and juice of 1 lemon.
    Cut cauliflower in flower pieces and saute with 3 cloves crushed garlic, basil and salt and pepper.
    Combine rice, salted and buttered, with cheese and other ingredients.
