Fresh Corn Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large Ears of Sweet Corn
    1 large Onion
    1 Celery Rib (chopped)
    1 1/3 c. Potatoes (diced)
    1 Tbsp. Margarine or Butter
    1 c. Water
    2 tsp. Chicken Bouillon Granules
    6 Tbsp. Flour
    3 c. 2% Milk
Preparation
    Cut corn off the cob.
    Set aside.
    In saucepan, saute onions and celery in butter.
    Add potatoes, water, chicken bouillon and corn.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
    Combine flour and milk until smooth.
    Gradually stir into soup.
    Bring to boil, cook and stir until thicken.
    Salt /Pepper to taste.
