Oriental Chicken Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. honey
    3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
    2 tsp. grated fresh ginger or 1 tsp. ginger powder
    1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
    2 whole boneless chicken breasts, cut into cubes for kabobs
Preparation
    In a bowl combine all marinade ingredients and mix well.
    Add chicken cubes and turn to coat.
    Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
    After chicken has marinated, grill chicken over hot coals, turning often, until chicken is tender.
    Serve over rice.
