Lauri'S Egg Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch bok choy, chopped
    1 small head cabbage, chopped
    4 carrots, grated
    1 lb. ground pork
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 pkg. frozen shrimp or 1/2 lb., peeled, cleaned and cut in half
    3 Tbsp. peanut butter
    3 tsp. monosodium glutamate (m.s.g.)
    3 Tbsp. sweet and sour sauce
    egg roll skins
Preparation
    Brown beef and pork; drain fat.
    Drain shrimp.
    Add peanut butter and m.s.g. to meat.
    In wok, put sweet and sour sauce and salt.
    Steam vegetables until tender.
    Add meat; stir.
    You may need more sweet and sour sauce and peanut butter.
    Roll in egg roll skins.
    Seal with water.
    Deep fry until golden brown.
