Italian Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 clove garlic, minced, or 1 tsp. powder
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. dried pepper flakes
    salt and pepper
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. pasta (rotini)
    1/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese, diced
    1/2 lb. pepperoni, sliced
    1 small can black olives, drained and quartered
Preparation
    Use a jar with a tight fitting lid.
    Add first 7 ingredients and shake.
    Let stand while you continue.
    Cook pasta; rinse thoroughly in cold water.
    Mix pasta with remaining ingredients. Add dressing; toss together and marinate for 2 hours in fridge. Serve on a bed of lettuce with tomato wedges.
