Hot Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. sugar
paprika
2 Tbsp. mustard
3 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
1 whole cabbage, cooked before making the hot dressing
Preparation

Blend milk and mayonnaise together in saucepan.
Add sugar, prepared mustard and vinegar.
Mix thoroughly while heating slowly.
Cut cabbage into quarters and cook in salted water until tender.
Drain cabbage thoroughly, place on platter and pour the hot dressing over cabbage.
Sprinkle with paprika.
