Kung Pao Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cubed chicken
    2 cloves minced garlic
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/4 c. water
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
Preparation
    Marinate chicken in 2 tablespoons of soy sauce for 30 minutes. Spray nonstick pan with Pam.
    Brown garlic; add chicken and cook thoroughly.
    Add bell pepper and onion.
    Cook until onion is translucent.
    Combine the other 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, water, cornstarch and red pepper.
    Add to meat and vegetables.
    Cook until liquid thickens.
    Serve over cooked rice.
