Celery Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. chopped celery
dash of pepper
pimiento (optional)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 cube melted butter
1/2 Durkee French fried onions
Preparation

Boil chopped celery for 5 minutes, then drain.
Add soup, pepper, melted butter and pimiento.
Mix together and put in an 8-inch casserole dish.
Top with French fried onions.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
If you choose, instead of putting butter in celery mix, you can mix with cracker crumbs and spread on top of mix.
