Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box German chocolate cake mix
    1 1/2 sticks oleo, melted
    1 to 1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
    1 to 1 1/2 c. pecans
    1 (14 oz.) bag Kraft caramels
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Grease and flour a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Mix cake according to package.
    Stir in melted oleo.
    Pour 1/2 of batter into pan; bake for 10 to 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
