Golden Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (20 oz.) cans crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 eggs, beaten
    4 slices bread, buttered
Preparation
    Remove crusts from bread and cube.
    Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
    Place bread in 2-quart baking dish.
    In a mixing bowl, combine pineapple, juice, sugar, flour and eggs.
    Mix well.
    Spoon into 2-quart baking dish.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes until set and browned.
    Serves 8.
    Goes good with ham.
