Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. bran
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. honey
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. raisins
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix oil, honey, eggs and milk in large bowl.
    Stir in bran and raisins.
    Let stand about 6 minutes.
    Stir in flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt, mixing until well moistened.
    Fill well oiled muffin tins 2/3 full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 25 minutes. Yields about 18 muffins.
