Velveeta Cheese Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. powdered sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
2 sticks oleo
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Sift powdered sugar into large mixing bowl.
Sift cocoa into powdered sugar.
Melt cheese and oleo in saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly; add powdered sugar and cocoa.
Stir until mixed.
Add vanilla and nuts.
Spread in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
Refrigerate and cut into squares.
