Scalloped Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 c. buttered cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. butter or oleo, melted
    1 c. chopped cooked spinach
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, reserving 1/3 cup crumbs for topping. Place in a well-greased casserole.
    Sprinkle with reserved crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Serve promptly.
