Savory Spinach Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. raw rice
    2/3 c. hot water
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. fresh spinach
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3/4 Tbsp. thyme
    1/4 Tbsp. nutmeg
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Cook spinach until just tender enough to chop.
    Drain well, then chop.
    Beat eggs; add milk and melted butter, spices and cheese.
    Stir in cooked rice and drained spinach.
    Bake in greased shallow 1-quart baking dish at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes until set, bubbly and golden.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
