Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. diced bananas
1 medium can crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped nuts
3/4 c. flaked coconut
3 eggs, well beaten
1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Sift together flour, sugar, soda, baking powder and salt. Make hole in center of dry mixture.
Add bananas, pineapple, chopped nuts, coconut, eggs, oil and vanilla.
Mix by hand.
Do not use mixer.
Bake in tube pan for 1 hour and 20 minutes at 325\u00b0.
