Cheese And Egg Casserole(For Breakfast) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. mild Cheddar cheese
    1 doz. eggs, beaten
    1 small carton small curd cottage cheese
    1 small can chopped green chilies
    1 lb. mild or hot sausage, browned and drained well
Preparation
    Mix all into beaten eggs.
    Mixture will be stiff.
    Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for
    50 to 60 minutes.
    Let set for about 10 minutes; then cut into squares and serve.
    Serves 8.
