Virginia Apple Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. milk
2 c. cooked apples
Preparation

Melt butter in 2-quart casserole.
Combine next 6 ingredients to make batter; pour onto butter.
Drain apples; pile in center of batter.
Bake until batter covers fruit and crust browns.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
