Mantequilla De Pokre(Pico De Gallo With Avocado) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tomatoes, finely diced
    4 avocados, peeled and diced
    2 bunches green onions, thinly sliced
    2 to 3 Tbsp. fresh minced cilantro
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/3 c. red wine vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    chopped jalapeno (add if desired)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Use as a dip with tostados.
