Ingredients

1 3/4 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. buttermilk
1/3 c. canola oil
2 eggs
Preparation

Preheat waffle iron. With wire whisk, mix first 4 ingredients. Add remaining ingredients and beat until well mixed. Pour batter into center of lower half to about 1-inch from edges. Cover and bake according to waffle iron.
