Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pork chops (1 1/2 lb.)
1/2 c. finely diced celery
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Brown pork chops in fat.
Place in shallow ungreased baking dish.
Sprinkle with celery, brown sugar, mustard, lemon juice and seasonings.
Pour tomato sauce mixed with water over chops.
Cover and bake in moderate 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/4 hours or until chops are tender.
