Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    6 slices bread, torn into pieces
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 eggs, well beaten
    2 c. milk
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 can mushrooms (optional)
    1 bell pepper, cut up (optional)
Preparation
    Brown and drain
    sausage and bread.
    Add mustard, salt, eggs, milk and
    cheese.
    (Add mushrooms and/or bell pepper, if desired.) Mix well
    and
    pour
    into
    8-inch
    glass square pan. Refrigerate overnight.\tThen
    bake for 40 minutes uncovered at 350\u00b0.
    Cover with foil.\tContinue baking 15 minutes longer.
