Pecan Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. (about 8 oz.) pecans
1 tsp. baking soda
2 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. butter or oleo
1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tsp. salt
4 oz. milk chocolate
Preparation

Coarsely chop 1 cup of pecans; finely chop other pecans. Reserve 1/2 cup for topping.
Mix coarsely chopped and 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans with baking soda.
Set aside.
