Scalloped Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 can cream of chicken soup
    3 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. diced onions
    9 c. peeled, sliced potatoes
    1 c. sliced carrots
    salt and pepper
    butter
    ham (can be added to casserole)
Preparation
    Mix soup and milk; heat if you need to cook quicker.
    Add onions, potatoes and carrots; season to taste.
    Put dots of butter on top.
    Bake in a 2-quart casserole in a 325\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
    Serves 5 to 6 people.
