Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. Minute rice
    3 c. milk
    1/4 c. raisins
    2 slightly beaten eggs
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Combine rice and milk in saucepan.
    Add raisins if desired. Mix to moisten rice.
    Bring to boil and remove from heat.
    Mix eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla.
    Add nutmeg if desired.
    Add hot rice mixture slowly and mix well.
    Turn into 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Place in pan of hot water and bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes or until done.
    Stir several times during the first 20 minutes of baking.
    Serve hot or cold.
