1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 3/4 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. paprika
1 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 3/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. sugar
1 3/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
2 Tbsp. oil

Preparation

Makes enough to coat about 4 pounds of chicken.
