Senior Citizen Breakfast Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. bran cereal
    1 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. butter flavor
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Soak bran flakes in milk, 3 minutes or until soft.
    Add well beaten egg, oil and flour.
    Mix well until all lumps are out.
    Add the butter flavoring.
    Mix in well.
    Pour mixture into a 12-muffin cup pan.
    Be sure to spray each cup with a cooking spray or use paper liners before filling.
