Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1/2 c. margarine
    minced or powdered onion
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in skins; cool, peel and cut into strips. In saucepan ove low heat, combine cheese and butter; stir until almost melted. Remove from heat; blend in remaining ingredients. Fold potatoes into mixture; turn into greased 2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until heated through. Makes 8 servings.
