Oriental Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 Tbsp. peanut oil
    4 chicken breasts, cut into strips
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. potatoes, peeled and cut into strips
    1/4 c. carrots, cut into strips
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. sesame oil
    1 Tbsp. oyster sauce
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/4 c. green peppers, cut into strips
    1/4 c. celery, diced
    1/4 c. water chestnuts
    1/2 c. onions, cut into strips
    1/4 c. bamboo shoots
    2 c. rice, cooked
Preparation
    In a heated wok, saute garlic in peanut oil.
    Season chicken strips with salt and pepper.
    Add to wok and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
    Add potatoes and carrots to chicken and cook 4 to 5 minutes or until tender.
    Add soy sauce, sesame oil, oyster sauce and ginger.
    Mix well.
    Add the remaining vegetables.
    Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
