Gnocchis - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1 c. flour
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix.
    Roll.
    Slice.
    Roll into rope shapes.
    Cut into 1-inch cubes.
    Boil until they bounce up to the top of the water.
    Cook a few more minutes.
    Serve with spaghetti sauce.
    Easier and better than the typical potato-type gnocchi.
